Shopping ingredient at market is 1 cherry blossom per 10 minutes. So choose the minutes that ending with 0 like 10, 20, 30 and so on.
Grill and fishing not giving any, adding quest reward for extra 1000 cherry blossom.

3 ★ wine = 6 cherry blossoms

More stove, more pasta makers, and more friends do have more advantages in this events. So better to level up fast.
Selling dishes definitely give you cherry blossoms. It is 1 cherry blossoms per 10 pasta consumed to make the dishes. So cook dishes with that consume pasta with ending 10 to maximize your cherry blossoms. (195 will only give you 19)
Those dishes are Penne al matriciana, Spagetti carbonara, Pasta bolognese Spaggetti al Vongole, Mentaiko, Farfalle with musroom oil sauce, Cream Sauce Steak pasta, Ravioli Genovese, Cheese Tomato Sauce Ravioli.
Untick the 3rd side dishes for faster selling too, though it uses more pasta. (It also faster to sell those one that you already mastered as you got the 4rd side dishes to reduce the time even more)
Don't forget to utilise party to fast sell out your dishes and making pasta
